Position Available: Centre Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Centre Manager to lead our family-run Early Learning Centre.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, regulatory compliance, and a proven track record in managing or assisting in the management of an early childhood education centre. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated educators, ensuring they are well-supported in their roles to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Curriculum Excellence: Oversee the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework, ensuring each child's unique needs are met.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children. Understand obligations under Child Protection and Child Safe Standards
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase centre occupancy and revenue, contributing to the growth and sustainability of the centre.
- Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, families, and the local community, fostering a sense of belonging and trust.
- Financial Management: Manage the centre’s budget, resources, and financial performance effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, implementing best practices to enhance the quality of education and care provided.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager in an early childhood education setting (preferred but not required).
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and regulatory requirements.
- Business acumen and a track record of successfully growing centre occupancy (preferred but not required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to children's development.
- Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services or commitment to undertake this course
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
